 MATTI RAJAKYLA (AKA Akhilesh) - Core & Strength Trainer

Matti Rajakyla is a two time Olympic swimmer from Finland. After participating in both Athens and Beijing Olympics, he decided to dedicate the rest of his career for passing on the knowledge he got from his professional career.  Amongst various other accolades, highlights in his career are multiple national championships in Finland, 29th place in 50 meters Freestyle, Beijing Olympics. He has worked as a Fitness Instructor in Finland and the US during the past 4 years of his career.


Surya Wohl has been working as a truly holistic private exercise trainer and nutritionist for last 37 years helping people of all ages, fitness levels and walks of life reach their goals of higher levels of fitness, health and wellness.  His favorite method of getting results with clients, and for himself, is his own application of functional high intensity interval training (HIIT).  In this course, he will offer routines of modified HIIT that will be approachable and challenging for those of all levels of fitness. 

New! SRIVIDYA - Dance Trainer

Srividya began performing as a dancer when she was five years old in Pune. Starting with Kathak, then onto ballet, hip hop, modern, belly dance, contemporary, tap, salsa, and finally shuffle dance. She usually spends most of the year with Amma. However, with travel on, she has discovered the joy of dancing. She offers this online course in hopes that others may also experience the exhilarating and rewarding journey of learning to shuffle.

SUMI SANKARAN  -  Dance Trainer

Sumi Sankaran is an avid dancer based out of San Ramon, CA. Sumi runs a dance school - ‘Dance with Sumi’ for kids and adults.  She has been performing at several events for over past 10 years. She has choreographed and performed with various celebrities like Udit Narayan, Kumar Sanu, Alka Yagnik, Guru Randhawa and Richa Sharma. In her training, the dance style will be adapted to M.A.Center theme music tracks and the principle of relaxation and workout will be incorporated.

ASHWIN NAIR (AKA Ash) - Full Body Workout Trainer 

Ashwin Nair (aka Ash) started his fitness journey in 2013. He is an avid fitness enthusiast and has learnt the various techniques of fitness and helped his fellow students over the years. His main focus has been primarily to gain strength and a more sustainable and health oriented style which will be incorporated in his training.
