The Mantra is a powerful and transformative tool if we know how to use it. Japa Sadhana is the spiritual practice of meditative repetition of the mantra.
It is a powerful technique for harnessing the body/mind’s subtle energies on the yogic path of self-transformation.
In this two-day retreat you will learn how to deepen this practice and make the most of it.
This practice overrides our mental conditionings and patterns and produces positive samskaras (tendencies) in our conscious and subconscious mind.
It increases the positive vibrations in the energetic field of the body.
How does it work
IMPORTANT: This retreat is only for those who already took Mantra Japa Level 1. If you didn't you won't be able to follow the instructions given by Swami.
The intention of this retreats is that you can have a similar experience to those who take them in the Amritapuri Ashram, so it is required to set aside two days for this Sadhana, without splitting the content.
The videos will only be available for 100 hours after you purchase them.
Two days set aside for this Sadhana.
To make sure you don’t lose access to the content, look at the calendar, and chart out the exact time window you would like to take time off for your retreat. Is it better for you on a weekend?
Once you know the days you want to take it, register for the retreat the day before, since you should start the retreat at 7am on the desired day.
