Dance Workout with Srividya
Dance Workout with Srividya is 6 week course which will cover the fundamentals of shuffle dance and more! Shuffle dance is a cardio workout that will be balanced with calming and centering activities throughout each session. The oscillation between total focus and rest that happens with each shuffle dance session is a great for neuroplasticity. Amma highly encourages us all to dance. It is a form of art which makes us experience more joy. It releases all the feel-good hormones, and it also helps us become less self conscious. It is a fun way to keep your body healthy, and the joy that rises from dance can spread into other areas of life!
