Amma says that it is good to dedicate one day a month entirely to your Sadhana.

  • About Mantra

The Mantra is a powerful and transformative tool if we know how to use it. Japa Sadhana is the spiritual practice of meditative repetition of the mantra.

It is a powerful technique for harnessing the body/mind’s subtle energies on the yogic path of self-transformation.

In this one-day retreat you will learn how to deepen this practice and make the most of it.

  • Benefits

This practice overrides our mental conditionings and patterns and produces positive samskaras (tendencies) in our conscious and subconscious mind.

It increases the positive vibrations in the energetic field of the body.

  • How does it work

The intention of this retreats is that you can have a similar experience to those who take them in the Amritapuri Ashram.

This is the reason why there needs to be a commitment from your side to set aside one day for this Sadhana, without splitting the content.

The videos will only be available during 48 hours after you purchase it.

Suggested Requirements

This are suggestions by our instructor, Swami Atmananda Puri.
If you cannot adjust, you can still take the retreat.

  • One day set aside for this Sadhana.
To make sure you don’t lose access to the content, we suggest the following:

  • 1) Look at the calendar, and chart out the exact time window you would like to take time off for your retreat. Is it better for you on a weekend?

  • 2) Once you know the day you want to take it, register for the retreat the day before, since you should start the retreat at 6am on the desired day.

  • Mantra Initiation by Amma. However, if you do not have a Mantra from Amma, you may still take the course.

  • Japa Mala (Rosary with 108 beads).

Once the course is purchased, you will only have access to the content for 48 hours.
