Introduction

Amma says that it is good to dedicate one day a month entirely to your Sadhana.

  • About Mantra

A Mantra is a powerful and transformative tool if we know how to use it. Mantra Sadhana is the spiritual practice of meditative repetition of mantras. It is a powerful technique for harnessing the body/mind’s subtle energies on the yogic path of self-transformation.

In this one-day retreat you will learn how to deepen and benefit from this practice.

  • Benefits

Mantra Sadhana overrides our mental conditionings and patterns and produces positive samskaras (tendencies) in our conscious and subconscious mind.

It increases positive vibrations in the energetic field of the body.

  • How does it work

The intention of this retreat is for you to have an experience similar to those who take it at Amritapuri Ashram.

For this reason it is recommended that you set aside a full day for the Mantra Sadhana Retreat to ensure that you get the intended experience.

Our instructor, Swami Atmananda Puri, has made these suggestions, to follow as you are able:
