The Mantra is a powerful and transformative tool if we know how to use it. Japa Sadhana is the spiritual practice of meditative repetition of the mantra.
It is a powerful technique for harnessing the body/mind’s subtle energies on the yogic path of self-transformation.
In this one-day retreat you will learn how to deepen this practice and make the most of it.
This practice overrides our mental conditionings and patterns and produces positive samskaras (tendencies) in our conscious and subconscious mind.
It increases the positive vibrations in the energetic field of the body.
How does it work
The intention of this retreats is that you can have a similar experience to those who take them in the Amritapuri Ashram.
This is the reason why there needs to be a commitment from your side to set aside one day for this Sadhana, without splitting the content.
The videos will only be available during 48 hours after you purchase it.
One day set aside for this Sadhana.
To make sure you don’t lose access to the content, we suggest the following:
1) Look at the calendar, and chart out the exact time window you would like to take time off for your retreat. Is it better for you on a weekend?
2) Once you know the day you want to take it, register for the retreat the day before, since you should start the retreat at 6am on the desired day.
Mantra Initiation by Amma. However, if you do not have a Mantra from Amma, you may still take the course.
Japa Mala (Rosary with 108 beads).
One Day Retreat:
The course curriculum includes guided mantra purification visualisation, mantra sadhana with japa mala, walking mantra meditation, a detailed talk on “The power and importance of mantra meditation” and also access to all question and answer sessions during one year.
